Hi! My name is Anna Diaz i am 25 years old i am fom marietta oklahoma graduated from marietta in 2012. I have a beautiful 6 year old daughter, Avah. I attendd sotc back in 2013 got my nursing assistant license and went ahead and got my phlebotomy license along with my CPR. I also did a couple of courses online through OU for child dvelopment and finishing up getting my ABA degree to be a behavioral therapist for people with autism mostly working with children. In high school I worked at a daycare right across from my high school. Kids are my passion I love them all ages my family would always joke around how I was the baby whisperer because I could get all the kids to calm down. I stayed at the daycare till I graduated moving on into my nursing career went ahead and got a Read more part time job at a 4 star daycare which required us to teach all studies just as a regular preschool would do. Along with that job I also worked at Mercy hospital on the second floor on the kids department. Working with kids has never been hard for me whether it’s taking care of them or teaching them something . Children are my absolute passion including my daughter. I’ve focused my career around children because theres nothing more beautiful in this world than watching them grow into such strong and intellectual people. As a teen in high school I came across something I never thought Id grow strong back from. At 15 years old I carried my first newborn daughter Claribel Faith to term knowing the minute I gave birth to her I would only have a small amount of time to spend with her and cherish every bittersweet moment of her birth. At 20 weeks during my pregnancy my daughter was diagnosed with anencephaly. I felt like my whole world was tumbling down I didn’t think I could make it mentally or physically knowing my daughter wouldn’t be able to spend the rest of her life with me. The day of her birth that one hour my family and I spent with her has to be the most beautiful memory I will always carry near and dear to my heart because of her I’ve grown to love children even more and know that I want to spend my life in a career doing something I love and am passionate and that’s being surrounded by children.
