I moved to Germany when I was 18 years and was a full time care gjver to 3 children, the mother was expecting her 4th and was experiencing many complications. I took complete responsibility of all the home and the oldest 3 for my entire stay. one who had diabetes and I had to regularly check his blood and administrated insulin. I will say, I had known my host prior to my stay. My uncle was the father to her 4th child only. I had all the responsibilities of cleaning and a good bit of the dinners. I only returnned home after my grandmother past, in once home it seemed in possible to leave my father who had been my only parent, losing his mom.
