I have had the opportunity to babysit since the age of 14 years old. I began sitting for my across the street neighbor, who was 6 years old at the time. I grew very close with the boy and his mother, and enjoyed an incredible relationship with the two until they moved to another state 3 years ago. I also spent time in high school babysitting for a local family that had two boys who were 4 and 10 at the time I sat for them. In addition to those two families, I have taken care of my niece since infancy, and she is now 2 years old. I have spent the last three summers as camp counselor, where I have been in charge of groups of children (up to 15 at a time) that ranged in age from 5-16. I am not currently CPR certified, but was all throughout Read more high school and plan on getting re-certified as soon as possible.
