I have lived in Bend a little over two years now, and I truly love being in such a beautiful and welcoming community. I had a past internship in which I worked with up to 30 kids in an after-school program at Ensworth Elementary School. I have babysat on multiple occasions for both our neighbors four children, as well as a friend's daughter in late evenings. I feel more comfortable with older children, but of course if given clear instructions for the care of a younger child I would have no problem being observant and interactive. I love how kids can see the world in such open and imaginative ways, I find working with kids to be very rewarding!
