I am currently in my third year at University of Oregon pursuing a B.S. degree in Human Physiology. I have assisted in the caring for the need of one to four children while having Formed a steady schedule to maintain an organized and structured environment. I have also motivated and provided encouragement through offering emotional support to the children in a way that can reach them best whether that is through hugs or just providing a listening ear. Before babysitting I like to discuss their any needs their children may or may not have including allergies and current developmental stage such as potty training. After babysitting I summarize the night to the parents and discuss any progress if homework was done or behavior was excellent. I currently have an Oregon Food Handlers Card and am willing to obtain any CPR and first aid training needed.
