While in high school, I was a nanny in the summer for children ages 3, 5 & 7. I was with them for multiple years until the children were 6, 8 & 10. I babysat occasionally during high school. While in college, I was a substitute teacher at preschool of the Arts in Madison. After graduating college, I became an after-school teacher there for a classroom of 3-year-olds, as well as a part-time nanny for an 8-week-old baby and on occasion her 2-year-old brother. I became a full-time nanny for this family when they moved out of the country, traveling with them to China for 2 months. Upon returning to the states, I became a nanny for another family full-time. Their children were 8 weeks, 3 years, and 7 years. I am currently in a position with twin 18 month olds whom I started with at 7 weeks. I love Read more working with children of all ages! I love the precious months of infancy, the discovery of the toddler years, as well as watching children become a part of the world they are in as they learn and grow.
