I am 28 years old, have a clean background, and have been working in various capacities with children since middle school. My experience in childcare includes babysitting for neighbors and friends throughout middle school and high school (and on an as-needed basis after that), tutoring children in math and reading at Kumon, and tutoring/teaching English to children ages 8-16 in Thailand. I have been a court-appointed special advocate for foster children for 3 years now. I love working with children of all ages and finding opportunities to help them learn and grow as individuals. I am a fast learner, proactive, self-managed, flexible with hours, able to provide transportation, and good with communication. I am also willing to learn what your child(ren)'s specific needs are and how to appropriately care for them. For families with infants, I can provide help and relief to new mothers with some initial instruction.
