Seungmi is an extraordinary nanny and person. She has been with our family for 5 months, when our regular nanny was unexpectedly taken ill. She was a godsend at a critical time for us. She has never been late in the 5 months she has worked for us. She is 100% dependable. She goes above and beyond and not only has taken excellent care of our daughter but also helped our family out tremendously by tidying up and prepping meals. She is very conscientious, warm hearted and a pleasure to be around. We are only losing her because we are moving out of state. Our family is really going to miss her.
