Allison P.

For the past 18 months Allison has been watching our 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter. She has truly become a part of our family, and this review doesn’t begin to reflect our true feelings for how much we value her. She is incredibly dependable, flexible, and most importantly great with our children. They love her and she loves them. Allison does an excellent job engaging the kids, mixing up their daily routine with trips to the zoo, OMSI, the library, park, arts/crafts, baking, etc. We trust her implicitly. She is remarkably patient in dealing with two toddlers! She ensures they are fed balanced meals, gives them baths, and helps out with laundry when we ask her to. Our home is always tidier when we finish our work day than we left it. She does a wonderful job communicating with us throughout the day, and is a true partner in parenting. Allison also loves animals, so our fur-baby gets lots of snuggles as well. We went through several nannies prior to Allison, and her dependability is second to none (she has literally never been late or missed a day of work). Our hope was to work with Allison until our kids were in school, but my wife has recently decided to quit working to spend more time with our kids, and thus we no longer have a need for a nanny. She is the type of person you would want helping to raise your kids.
