I am currently a junior at Colby College studying international environmental policy. I have been babysitting since I was about 15 years old. I was a nanny for a 2-year-old child for the summer in 2012 and babysat all last summer as well. I will be living in Portland, Oregon this summer from the end of May to the end of August and am looking for a part time babysitting job :)

Katherine was professional, friendly, flexible and leaves the parents feeling very comfortable and confident that their children are in good hands. We were traveling to a wedding and arrived in town only a few hours before we needed her to watch our 2 children (ages 6 & 2). The idea of leaving my kids with a sitter I had never met was very unsettling for me but after speaking with her and checking her references I decided to give it a try. She met us at our hotel and got to know us and our kids for about and hour before we left. We left feeling very comfortable with our decision and were extremely pleased with her communication with us throughout the evening, when returned and even into the next day. My kids had a great time and I imagine if we lived locally she would have become our regular sitter.
