I'm a college sophomore who lives in the Mt. Tabor area and is pursuing a Social Work degree with the desire to serve children and their families. I am the oldest of two daughters and have always had a passion for children. I have had the privilege of caring for newborns through grade school students starting in middle school and throughout high school and have continued during my first years of college. My experience has been infant/toddler heavy and has specifically included a set of infant twins, sibling groups of various ages, and young children with Down Syndrome. I enjoy building a relationship with parents and their children, watching a child grow, and learning who each child is as an individual, as well as how each family functions as a whole. Being able to come alongside a parent and give them peace of mind while they take a break or Read more tend to other responsibilities, as well as being a part of a child's life is an honor I don't take lightly, and an experience I value deeply. Starting May 11 classes will be finished and I will have full-day availability on Tuesday and Thursdays, as well as most weekends if planned in advance. I also have some availability Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays depending on the week. I look forward to working with you!
