Hi lovely families, I hope this finds you well! My name is Kate, I am a 31 year old Oregon Native, and have recently returned back to Portland after living in Sydney the last five years. While in Sydney I worked part time as a nanny and spent time as a full time au pair as well upon initial arrival and then moved into a consulting role where I worked with preschools and kindergartens on their staffing and training for their centre staff. Prior to working in Australia I worked as a lead preschool teacher in Portland. I also spent several years abroad working on British and American military installations running summer day camps and managing staff working in child development centres for school early childhood children and before/afterschool care programs.
