Greetings! I am a woman in my late 30's, a massage therapist & landscaper, looking to study yoga & Ayurveda this upcoming year. I love children and get along with them very well. Growing up, my mother was a Montessori teacher and I was a babysitter and nanny for some of the families at the school for many years. I have also been a nanny for 2 different families, one with 5 children & one with a baby. For 2 summers, I worked for the Wilderness Awareness School near Seattle as a day camp instructor, facilitating groups of 5-10 year olds. I was responsible for groups of 6-12 children, each for a week at a time. We had adventures & played nature games (sometimes blindfolded!), practiced being quiet in the forest, observed things, journaled, told stories, and learned a lot.
