Hello families! My name is Sarah, I work with Portland Public Schools and I'm interested in providing part-time after school, weekend, or date night care. My full time job is as a Literacy Education Assistant- I assist Elementary school programs with reading and grammar skills. I primarily work with Kindergarten-2nd grade. I also work with grades 1-6 in different subjects, such as math and science. Prior to PPS, I received my certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language then taught in South Korea for the 2013-2015 school years. I worked in an English immersion school for Kindergarten-High School. This is what led me to my present career; I realized in South Korea that I had a real knack for teaching English.
