My name is Clare and I am an experienced childcare worker (I teach preschool - and occasionally other age groups - at Helen Gordon Child Development Center) and have babysat/tutored for many children/families in the past. A bit about me: I love working with children! Although I am not studying a related subject at PSU (I am a computer science major), working with children is a passion of mine and something I feel lucky to have the opportunity to do. At Helen Gordon, I often work with special rights children (autism, physical disabilities, etc) and feel confident interacting and working with them in a manner that honours and respects them. Until March 2016, my availability is limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends; however, for the right long-term opportunity, I could arrange my schedule for next term more favorably.
