I was in town to participate in a cancer research conference at the SD convention center, and Cristal watched my 4 year old for the afternoon while I participated in sessions. She was fantastic with my son, who had never been with a sitter before. He was in tears when I left, but a few minutes later, Cristal started sending me photos of a smiling kid doing various activities near the SD convention center. Cristal was on time, quick to respond, very clear and easy to work with. She even offered to meet up the evening before to introduce herself to my son. I really appreciated this. When I met Cristal, she had a conference badge: she is an experienced child wrangler who has been vetted by the group running childcare for the convention center and had worked the conference childcare the day before. Overall, I cannot overstate how great Cristal was!!

Cristal helped me when I was in town with my two girls (1 year old and 3 year old) while my husband attended a conference. She was on time, knew the city, and helped us get around easily. She was very nice and helpful with both girls and didn't miss a beat. My toddler warmed up to her right away, which was surprising because my toddler is so reserved. Also, she can cut an apple so little kids can eat it! Went above and beyond my expectations.
