Hello, my name is Briar! I moved to Portland in fall 2017 from Wisconsin, and my hobbies include stargazing, drawing, and sewing. I am also very passionate about astronomy, mathematics, and linguistics. The LGBT+ community is also very important to me. I'm in love with learning new languages. While the only languages I have a decent amount of experience in are English Japanese, and French. I've been very artistic for all of my life, but started taking drawing seriously when I was in 6th grade. I'm mostly self-taught, but I've had some professional classes. I am very young at heart, and get along well with talkative and playful people. However, I can also connect well to quiet individuals, and I'm very comfortable with getting personal. I consider it beneficial to be able to connect to the people I am working with, and to develop a personal bond.
