I've worked with kids and babysat for a long time. I was the head coordinator and buddy for a program called TOPSoccer down in my hometown of Medford, OR. TOPSoccer is a program for kids ages three to thirteen where they can play soccer and socialize in a safe environment. I volunteered there for four years and won a state award for my work there. I was also a volunteer kindersoccer coach down in Medford, and I always found it so rewarding and fun to help kids find a new activity to go to. Also, I was a nanny for a nine year old boy the summer between my senior year of high school and my freshman year of college. I nannied him for about two months total before I went to college in Portland.
