Kim babysat our daughter for my brother’s engagement party. She arrived right on time, immediately struck up a bond with my 4-year-old daughter, and established trust with me and my wife. She checked in with us throughout the evening and sent us pictures to ensure we knew our daughter was doing well, which I greatly appreciated given this was the first time she watched our daughter. My daughter often asks when she’s going to see Kim next. Can’t wait to work with her again and strongly recommend her!

Kim is the BEST. We came in from out of town and needed a babysitter for our 7 month old during a wedding in Napa. She was quick to respond to our last minute post, very responsive through coordinating timing through text, and was flexible adding hours as we needed on the 2 evenings we had her. It was also our first time using a babysitter, and Kim made every effort to put as at ease. She came prepared with toys and our son instantly fell in love with her. She even at the end gave us a couple toys that she had noticed our little guy particularly liked. I would absolutely recommend her and wish we could take her with us!

We have been fortunate enough to have Kim come and watch our daughter a few times, and she is by far the best sitter we've ever had! She is caring and attentive, and my daughter loves it when she comes over. I can't recommend Kim highly enough!

Kim is amazing! Recently we had her sit for our 4 mo. old twin boys on very short notice. This was the first time I had left my boys & as a new mother I was a nervous wreck. After speaking to her over the phone my mind was put at ease. She showed up 10 min early With her favorite story & song books. Both my boys took right to her with big bright smiles the moment they saw her. Thru the Evening she texted me updates on how thing were going. By the time we returned home both boys were sleeping & the house was quiet & peacefully. ( I swear she is a baby / new mom whisper :) I would completely trust Kim in my home and with my precious boys. Thank you so much!

Kim was WONDERFUL! We had family in town with a 4 month old, 3 year old boy, and 10 year old boy and they loved her. She was easy to contact, very responsive and even texted me the morning of just to stay in contact. She was 10 minutes early (who doesn't love that?!) and came with BAGS OF TOYS!!! The boys were so excited. She even unloaded our dishwasher and did a few dishes after the kids were in bed. I would recommend her to anyone, and as soon as our twin boys are born, she will definitely be in my contacts! :)

We were in Portland for a wedding and Kim came to our hotel, prepared with a cache of toys, and ready to experience the neighborhood with our two preschool aged boys. The boys had a blast and woke up the next morning asking about when Kim was going to return! A big thank you to Kim for a job well done!

Kim is amazing! I would highly recommend Kim to anyone. You can tell right away that she is a pro with kids. She watched my son and my friend's daughter (both 1 year old) during our recent visit to Portland. The kids were immediately comfortable with her and started interacting with her right away. Kim brought a bunch of books and toys, and sang them songs, too. This was especially nice because we were staying in a hotel. I felt very relaxed knowing that they were in good hands. I loved that she texted us a few times to let us know how they were doing, and also left us detailed notes about the evening. She even tidied up, and had housekeeping take away the diapers and bring fresh towels. She went above and beyond what was expected and we really appreciate her excellent work! Thanks, Kim!

We visited Portland for a wedding and Kim watched our 10 month old son during the ceremony and reception. She arrived early to our hotel, brought a bunch of toys and immediately bonded with my son. She quickly made me feel comfortable with leaving my son with a babysitter I met on the internet. She was great.

kim was AMAZING. she was available in short notice and our 14Months old daughter loved her from the first minute on.

Kim was extremely professional and warm. She babysat our high energy five year old and 11 month old during a wedding and was able to keep them both happy.

We used Kim as a sitter last weekend. She came prepared with activities for my children, focused her attention on the kids immediately and my 3 year old was asking us to leave within 20 Fminutes of her arrival. She adapted to my kids' special circumstances (health issues) easily and I was immediately comfortable with her. W came home to sleeping kids and an immaculate house. We will definitely be using Kim again!

Kim made my three little guys feel so comfortable right away, and they've never been left with a sitter who isn't a close family friend before. She was warm and welcoming - even my super picky 5 year old was happy to let us leave the house since he had Kim to play with. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed her, and we can't wait to hire her again!

Kim was FABULOUS! We hired her for a three day job when we came to town for a wedding to watch and care for three 7-8 yr old children. She came prepared, organized and obviously having done her homework! She was able to engage and entertain three very active, inquisitive children in a variety of settings - including a hotel room, mall and wedding reception. She came prepared with toys, books and games. Each child asked, each day, if "KIm was coming again?" They LOVED her! She was conscientious, caring, flexible and thorough. Each night when we returned from our activities, she gave each set of parents a written report about what the children had done, eaten and how they had gotten through their day. In addition, she sent us texts throughout the day/evening to let us know how things were going. She was informative without being intrusive. We were able to relax knowing that our children were in good hands . This was our first experience using sittercity and we would HIGHLY recommend her for your childcare needs.

I gave Kim a key to my house - that is how trustworthy she is. She has been caring for my 1yo daughter since April 2011, and my daughter adores her. That is because Kim is high energy and creative and does not rely on TV to entertain the children. From feeding to cloth diapering to child safety - Kim knows it all and I have never seen her get flustered. I would highly recommend her as a sitter.
