My name is Jill, I am 18 years old (19 in March) and very much interested in Working with young children. I currently work in a professional childcare setting through Kindercare working with school age children. I have been working there for two years. When I am not working for Kindercare I nanny and babysit around the area as well as volunteering at a local college, working with toddlers and babies. I am currently in my last year of high school and certainly ready for a change. I have been babysitting ever since I could remember, as I have gotten older my interest in pursuing a career working with young children has increased. I have taken numerous classes that have prepared me for a childcare position including: adult, child and baby First Aid/CPR/AED, Food Handlers certification, Introduction to Child Care Health and Safety (ICCHS), and Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse Read more and Neglect (RRCAN).
