I have my job posted on care and on sittercity which this young lady applied to on both sites. We made plans for her to come interview to meet my family and she never showed. I texted her and finally 45 mins later we realized she wasnt showing. It would have been nice to get a text or call if she wasn't interested anymore or couldn't make it . I don't recommend her
