We hired Chelsea on July 1st, 2019 and terminated her on July 31st, 2019. She called off 14 times and requested to leave early 4 times. Each time without any advance notice leaving me stuck without child care causing me to loose my job. I wouldnt recommend her to any family as she will jeopardize your employment as she is NOT reliable or dependable.
