My wife and I went back and forth with Heather via email. We attempted to setup a meeting with her to see if she would mesh well with our son. On the afternoon of our scheduled (and confirmed) meeting, Heather did not show up. I reached out to her to find out if something happened and if she was still interested in meeting with us. She never responded. As most of you are aware, you can see when someone last logged into the site and Heather logged in the day I contacted her about not showing up and multiple days after, all without contacting me or apologizing. I cannot comment about her skills as a nanny or babysitter but I can say that she acted unprofessional and I felt it necessary to make the Sittercity community aware. I wouldn't want other people to have their time wasted.
