I interviewed Hannah for a full time position weeks in advance. Two days before she is due to start, she texts me saying she can't do it and accepted another job related to her field of study. Not very professional and certainly left me in a tough position. I just heard from another person who had hired her. According to this person, Hannah made her late to work because she slept in and didn't bother showing up the last day needed (among many other things). I would NOT recommend hiring her.
