I moved to Colorado just two months ago, and prior to that I was a pharmacy technician at a private pharmacy in Pennsylvania. Although I have not had years of experience caring for children, I believe my genuine love for children and my college education will provide me with the ability to be a great caregiver for your child or children. I have had previous experience occasionally babysitting a friend’s little girl while she was 9 months to 24 months. I have also more recently since moving to Colorado gained experience with a friend’s 7 month old girl and 2 and a half year old boy; spending the weekend with the three of them while our husbands travel for work. I believe reading to children can do wonders for their development and believe that reading cannot start at too young of an age. I received my Bachelor of Science in Read more Kinesiology last year and was only two classes short of a minor in Psychology. Psychology as it applies to childhood growth has always interested me because until a child is able to speak we are not sure what his or her wants or needs are. Some of the classes I have taken include motor behavior, childhood psychology, and developmental psychology. I believe that my desire to interact with children and help them grow and develop properly both physically and mentally will make me a great caregiver for your child or children.
