Starting out as mothers helper when I was 10. I knew from then on I wanted to make a career around helping children. I am 23 years old. I have worked in a childcare center for the last 7 years. With 100+ hours in training for ages 2month to 13 years of age, experience, a updated background checks. I have formed wonderful relationships with the families from the childcare center and have been babysitting for over 8 years. I also have experience in babysitting mutual families at once. Just last weekend I babysat for two couples who went out together. It was myself, a 6 month old, and 6 boys range from ages 4 to 9. At the daycare I would specifically as the two year old teacher for two years, ofter school summer programs for ages 7-12, infant care, and 3 and four year old care. I am in Read more my last year of school at PSU. I am psychology major with a minor in human development. I am in the process of applying to graduate programs and hope to one day work in a children's hospital with oncology patients. But I have not decided which path I want to take to get my masters in.
