Being the oldest of four, I have been babysitting since I was around 12 years old. I have gained experience over the last 10 years and have interacted with children from newborn to 14 years. Babysitting has been one of my sources of income throughout my middle school and high school years. It has always been something that I have enjoyed. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at Bloomsburg University and will be attending graduate school in the fall to become a Child Life Specialist. I am a certified babysitter and am also certified in CPR. I have my own transportation and have had a license for 7 years with a clean record. I have had many babysitting jobs and Nanning jobs but have also worked with children ages 3-11through my job as a dance teacher the past 4 years and also as a camp counselor. Read more As a babysitter/ nanny over the past 10 years I have worked with a number of families, holding the responsibility of bringing the children to and from school, sport practices/games as well entertaining the children throughout summer days when parents are at work, making lots of healthy meals, going to the park or library, heating bottles, bathing, cleaning, cooking and anything else that is needed for the parents and children. I enjoy working with your children and know I'm making a positive impact on your children’s life by being able to make them smile and laugh. I've always been really into creative activities and enjoying the outdoors so I love when I can incorporate my creative skills into the day. I am always very encouraging of the children and it's really fun to see how excited they get when they feel they are learning and becoming better at something they like to do. These times tend to be the most rewarding for me and I always try to make the best of situations and stay positive and energetic.
