Hello, my name is Kadiator Diallo, I am 24 years old. I currently live in Drexel hill, PA. I am the first in a family of four to graduate college. I have a bachelors of science degree in Psychology with a French minor. (speak, both English &French fluently). I enjoy play time with my daughter, smiling, working with kids and going out with my younger siblings. I have enjoyed working in childcare for the last 6 years. From after school programs, to baby seating, to currently working with State Guidelines in a facility. I am CPR/first Aid certified, a non smoker, &have my own car with a clean driving record. I am a very loving, compassionate, reliable person. During my free time, I work as a behavioral health worker with children that are diagnosed with mental health problems both at home &in school. Where I help children manage behavioral problem, Read more document and record daily behaviors, set goals for each individual & work toward achieving each goals. Working with children has become my biggest motivation. It is something that I love &enjoy doing love the Job, enjoys Doing it & I am always Happy when working with them. Children safety is my number one priority. While at work, I keep a secure relationship with the child/children, teach them positive behaviors, &respond to their need to help shape their healthy development. My goal at a job is to give the child the best care possible In their homes. & make sure that both the child & parents are satisfied with my care anything that's considered light housekeeping. meal prep, cleaning, laundry, etc... I am honest, loving caring reliable, hardworking, confident, fast learner, courageous. great care for the child, outside play, reading,arts & crafts, bingo, puzzles, teach French, going out for a walk/park anything else that is requested. from the family.
