I babysat for several years throughout college and grad school. While in grad school, I worked as a classroom assistant for a first grade class; after work, I tutored students aged 8 to 16. For the past three years, I have worked as a high school English teacher in the Philadelphia school district. I teach students in grades 9th to 12th. I have a great deal of experience working with children and adolescents, in big groups, small groups and individually. I love reading with children, playing games (indoors and outdoors), and I love pets.
