I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old. I am one of 40 cousins so I started in 8th grade taking care of my younger cousins while my aunts and uncles were at work. Then as I got older and got my license and a car I started taking care of children for weekends at a time (taking them to school/picking them up, making them meals, taking them to sporting events etc.). Also, two summers during college I took care of a 8 year old, 10 year old and a 8 week old puppy 8-5 three days a week and then a 1 year old and 3 year old two days a week 10-6. Nowadays I babysit from time to time but nothing permanent!
