I am a current sophomore with a major in Communication and a concentration in Public Relations. Prior to switching my major to Communication, I began my collegiate career pursuing a degree in Social Work. I have volunteered and also served as a youth ambassador for Mighty Writers, a program that teaches children how to read and write. I also volunteered for the YMCA and traveled to Cololmbia, South America to volunteer at an alternative school and a community center for children with the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA. I was once certified in CPR. I spend my free time helping my mother build up her event planning business, Kia's Kreations. In addition to volunteering with numerous organization in the city, I am the eldest of three girls, I have a four year old and sixteen year old sister and I also have two godchildren.
