I had two much younger siblings growing up, and I am very accustomed to taking care of them. I grew up around doctors and scored very high marks in child development, so in addition to being amicable and friendly with kids, I am well-equipped to responsibly deal with most problems that might come up. I'm also currently pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering and have experience in teaching, so if they need help with homework, especially math or science, I can certainly provide that. I'm comfortable taking care of animals as well, since I grew up with a cat and two dogs and had a lot of fun taking care of them, and I have a completely clean driving record, and have been taking my sister to school daily for about a year. I'm clean, cautious, timely, and professional, and I am comfortable taking whatever job you have to offer Read more as long as I don't have a prior obligation. I would say that the fulfillment I derive from babysitting comes mostly from feeling like I'm making a difference with my time. That has been a driving goal for me for a long time: in fact, once I retire from my future space program job, I will most likely take up teaching. I think that it's important for families to maximize their happiness and efficiency, and I hope that as a sitter I can help in some small way to achieve that.
