I am 24 years old about to be 25. I’m a driven and caring person, and love working with kids. I have been working as a TSS (Therapeutic staff support) at The Institute for the Behavior Change for about a year and a half. Being a TSS I have worked in a team setting, with a Behavior specialist, Mobile Therapist, clients teachers and school staff as well as parents.
