I am a Mother of 3 teenager children of my own. I left EMS 3 years ago to stay at home, so that I could be available to help my son with school work due to a learning disability found in 4th grade and also decided to open my own Daycare to help out to friends and family, so the wouldn't have to pay high rates and have strangers care for their children full-time. I have definitely had a great deal of experience with children of all ages from newborn through adulthood... Sometimes I have ever been found to be there "Best Friends" and then other times I find I can be the #1 hated enemy... But in the end, I know I am doing what is right because You wasn't brought to here to be their best friend... I am here to protect, and teach them right from wrong.. I feel comfortable with children and adolescents with all different learning challenges and enjoy spending time working together with them helping them to strive to achieve any goals they are aiming towards. I believe EVERY child has the ability to reach an unreachable goal as long as someone has faith in them and shows them they believe.... Children deserve to be motivated and complimented... They need to hear how proud we are of them and that we believe they can do something..... I have ever training with children with medical injuries and are in need od special attention or particular care, such as Trach Care, Wound treatments, Breathing Treatments, and I am CPR Certified and have all of my PACriminal, FBI, and Children Abuse Clearances. As mentioned above, I have over 20+ years of Child care, Companion and even elderly care experiences. I began caring for infants at the very young age of 9 yrs. and was babysitting during the summer by the time I was 11 years old. I have always been very mature and responsible when caring for children and have always have had a special love for them. While in my care, they are treated with love and respect as if they were my own. I wouldn't have it any other way. I do have very strong personal and professional references upon request to offer.
