Greetings! My name is Amanda and teaching is my passion! I have had a lot of experience with a wide variety of children over the past six years. I have worked at multiple summer programs, volunteered at a camp for children and young adults with brain injuries, completed more than five fieldwork experiences, and more recently, I finished my General Education Student Teaching and Special Education Student Teaching experience. I have worked with children ranging from preschool to college students. I graduated in May of 2018 from Arcadia University with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education (PreK-4) and Special Education (PreK-8). I am now working toward my Masters Degree in Special Education and Autism Education, also at Arcadia University. While at Arcadia I played two sports -- field hockey and softball. Now I am a Graduate Assistant Coach for both! I will be nearby Arcadia until May Read more of 2019, and am looking for a job from the end of August until then. Teaching children and being a positive influence in their life has always been something I have been passionate about. The feeling of teaching one child just one thing that could push them to do more is inspiring to me.
