We interviewed Molly and were impressed enough to hire her as our part time nanny. She showed up twice and then completely disappeared. She stopped responding to calls and texts, so we can only assume she has quit, but she didn't actually bother to communicate that to us. If she was unhappy with the position, she could have at least let us know that she was quitting. We actually weren't sure if something bad had happened to her until we found her instagram. It was a relief to confirm that she was alive and well, but disappointing that she had chosen to simply stop responding to our calls and text messages. Completely unprofessional and cannot be recommended.
