Since college, I have been babysitting and nannying for children as young as 6 months. While attending school full time, I find babysitting a fun and exciting experience away from the monotony of lecture. With an understanding of biological development of children, I enjoy being a part of and contributing to their growing experiences. My past experiences were taking care of children in various families living on the Upper West side of New York City. The children ranged in age from 6 months to 5 years. I am CPR certified and trained in First Aid. As a second year medical student, I also have medical knowledge that would enable me to recognize an emergency situation more quickly and respond accordingly.
