I am very experienced with childcare. My experience in childcare comes from my 17 years of experience as a mother and 14 years of experience as a School District Police Officer and a Summer camp art teacher. My duties as a School Police officer most would think would just involve safety. I have developed mentoring relationships, interacting with with students as well as ensuring their safety. My greatest experience has been my job as a mother to my 2 children. I am proud of my accomplishments to date. I have a senior in high school who will be attending Villanova University in the fall on full scholarship and a 13 year old daughter who will be entering 8th grade. As a mother I made sure to keep my children involved in sports, church, mentoring programs etc.. I have been an active and participating parent in every activity/program my children have Read more been a part of. I also have experience as Art Teacher at a summer camp. I was responsible to instructing class sizes of approximately 20 students to be artistic and creative. I have no certifications however my employment, parenting experience, and love and dedication to children prepared me to be an awesome babysitter. I am willing to babysit weekends and prefer summer opportunities.
