I have worked with children in a variety of capacities for close to 10 years. Most recently I was an instructor at a summer camp where I taught themed lessons at an camp designed to incorporate fun activities with educational themes. We took on week long projects - one week we built a city, each camper building their own to scale 3D city block with the essentials every city needs such as a town hall, grocery store, school, etc. I got my start with children babysitting for families that I knew through church or through my little sister (8 years my junior). Then I got my first job in high school working at an indoor playground/birthday party/summer camp location called One Stop Fun.
