While Tyeisha is a loving person when it comes to be a caretaker and seems to genuinely love children. Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues with her professionalism, communication, and work ethic. The most troubling example being that Tye did not show up for her final shifts with very little advance notice (32 minutes), although she was paid in advance. Despite repeated attempts to contact her, Tye has not responded or returned the money for the unworked hours. Tye is easy to communicate with and will complete tasks as requested but I would not consider her a self-starter and rarely does anything unless specifically asked.

HI - We didn't end up working with Tyeisha because our needs changed. However, we had a few conversations with her and a long in-person interview. She was extremely professional, 2-year-old daughter immediately warmed to her and she was very sweet with our infant son . Tyeisha played educational games with our daughter without prompting and made her laugh and laugh. She seems very fun and professional and I hope she gets a good family!
