I began watching children at a very young age. I enjoy the imagination of children and their perspective on every day occurrences. I am fascinated by children's train of thought and find pleasure in tutoring them. I believe that experiences and those who surround children play a significant role in molding personalities. I take pride in my ability to motivate, encourage, and actively listen to the needs of others. This type of support and positive reinforcement helps cultivate communication. I do not have extensive child watching experience on my resume because I have been a working professional since graduating from college. I am looking to exit corporate America to purse my passion of children. The career schedule I previously lead did not leave an exorbitant amount of time to child sit. I was able to fit in watching 3 young girls while their mother worked an overnight shift as well Read more as picking up a little boy after school and staying with him until his parents arrived home. Currently I am not CPR or first aid certified but, happy to fulfill those requirements upon request. I am comfortable completing any administrative needs the position may entail.
