Hello! I am a nurse by profession and a caregiver at heart who left the hospital workforce to follow my dreams. I am beginning to work as a Doula, so I am an emotional, spiritual, physical, and informative support for new mothers and their family. I will mostly be doing this service as a charity, at least for now, so I hope to find some financial support through taking care of children, which also happens to be one of my favorite activities! I began babysitting quite young, around twelve. I have four sisters, three younger than me and I felt the Nurturing heart first with my youngest sister when I was only seven. I have always loved taking care of others, whether sick or well, bringing a sense of well-being and safety to those in need. I am a registered nurse since 2007 and a trained Doula since this past Read more November. I spent five months this past year with one of my sisters as she prepared for the arrival of her first child. I then served as a Nanny for her baby once her maternity leave ended. I am very comfortable with children of all ages. I currently watch my older sister's children twice a week. They are three and one. We enjoy lots of imaginative play! I hope to be able to provide a service for some families in need!
