During and after my teaching career, I've been a PT/FT babysitter and nanny. I am an early retiree living in Pottstown and looking for a PT position in my area. I've cared for all ages, infants and up. Duties Include: clean up, helped with laundry, prepared meals, baby food and bottles, initiated potty training, assisted with school projects, homework help, organized outings including Library and YMCA classes/activities. I have driven children to and from school, sports, dance and other events. I love what I do because each day is new and exciting!

After meeting Debbie, I thought she would be a good fit for our family. My children seemed to like her, although she was a bit stand-offish with my son, who was 9mos at the time. We only had her babysit once, for about two and a half hours and my son screamed the entire time. I have WiFi baby monitors in the children’s rooms, and when I turned them on I could hear him all the way from the kitchen area. I ended up texting my husband to come home because I no longer felt comfortable with her there.
