I am a full time student attending Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center to become a radiologic technologist, I will graduate there May of 2017. Through my school, I became CPR/ first aid certified, and in the summers during my high school years, I was a Lifeguard and was CPR certified then too. My focus right now is mainly school but I need a little extra cash to help pay for gas to get me to school everyday. My past babysitting experience is babysitting for family and friends which was pretty often considering I come from a huge family. I am comfortable watching kids from age 2-10 or older. Some of the kids I have watched before were cousins and kids of older cousins, some of them are relaxed and calm and others were wild and ornery. One of my little cousins was diagnosed with autism and my most recent experience babysitting Read more was with him. He is a little more of a challenge to watch because of the autism but I was able to find ways to connect with him and keep him calm while his parents were away. It's hard with him at first because he gets really upset when they leave but after a few minutes of talking to him, playing with his toys, or reading him a book he forgets that they are gone and I have his attention.
