I am a college student who has grown up being the oldest child of three for the past eighteen years. I have been put in charge of looking after my sisters, preparing snacks, taking care of pets (3 cats, a dog, and turtle) and driving my sisters to and from places. I volunteered at Big Brothers Big Sisters for two years where I mentored a six year old until I graduated. During this program I helped her with homework, talked to her about problems she had, played outside and encouraged her to study. I also was a coach for middle school cheerleading for two years. I was in charge of fifteen plus girls at a time and had to teach, help, and keep them under control.
