Hello, My name is Valerie Hall. I am an experienced nanny/caregiver with over 10 years experience with one family. I began a career in childcare 11 years ago out of the fact that I come from a very large family of 14, and I have cared for children all of my life. I love partaking in their educational and physical development as well as the joy of playing with them. I have always used a diplomatic approach with children in dealing with behavioral issues. For example, talking to them, and asking questions as to why they did something always causes them to think about their actions, The 10-year position has ended due to the family's move out of the country, and my desire not to move with them.
