Current duties include total care of 12 year old twins who have Peri-Ventricular Leukomalacia and Autism. I am responsible for daily living skills, such as but not limit to bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. I also attend therapy sessions with the girls to assist in crossover therapy at home including Physical therapy, Occupation therapy, Speech therapy and Assistant Technology Communication with the Accent 1000. I have worked with the Behavioral Support Specialists and Therapy Support Specialists who come to the home. I am leaving this job for a morning position. No afternoons
