For as long as I could remember I loved being around children, watching then grow and helping them learn the world around them. Being a part of that process is one of the most important and rewarding experiences any person is lucky to be a part of. I've cared for children since i was 12, i also went to a vocational high school and studied child development, early childhood and took part in running our own preschool lessons. I didn't continue my education past that but had several nanny jobs before taking a job at a call center, and although it paid the bills it wasn't fulfilling and I decided to go back to my roots. Last year, I cared for an amazing 4 and 2 year old, while caring for them, I created fun and amazing activities some for us to do together, some that were tailored specifically for Read more each child individually. My 4 year old was reading by the end of my time with them, and the 2 year old, new all his colors, shapes, ABC's and could count to 20. We baked, and created amazing art projects everyday. We played outside everday at least 45 min, had playdates with other children thier age to promote healthy socialization. Visited museums, and local historical sites in the area. I prepared 3 nutritional meals a day. Picked up the house and kept the children's laundry done.
