Hello! Firstly, I hope you're having a wonderful day :) So since you probably care more about the details of my experience, I have been babysitting/camp counseling since I was 13 years old, like a lot of girls I'm sure, but my credentials are in the value I put into caretaking and the children who have been known to beg their Moms and Dads for me to "come over" only to beg them not to have me leave. I am a child at heart, with the responsibility intuition and understanding of your ideal sitter! I have babysat children 0-14 and they have all been repeat families. I will do light housework and cooking whilst sitting, and will also provide any homework/tutoring help your child(ren) may need. I have a drivers license and a car that is mostly at my disposable, and I have an affinity for the outdoors and allowing Read more kids to develop their sense of exploration and curiosity about the natural world, so I will be more than happy to go on walks or to the parks. While I do not have a pet (yet) I love most dogs and most cats, and have been hired to take a dog or two on a walk during sitting hours. I am also a (burgeoning, or if it's a good day, blossoming) writer and there is nothing I enjoy more than a good story, whether I am being asked to read out loud, participate in building a story at the direction of the best imaginations, or telling one. I am fluent in French, and can understand and speak a modicum of Italian, and an even lighter shade of Spanish. I am currently working part-time in a not-for-profit education law organization, and thus my unavailable hours are Tuesday-Thursday before 3 p.m. Other than those hours, I am fairly flexible and supposing the distance and other conflicting sitting gigs provide, will be willing to babysit with as late notice as the day prior, or agree to a longer routine schedule.
