My name is Darrah Morrison and I am finishing up my freshman year at Catholic Univerity in Washington DC. I played basketball for Catholic, participate in community servive, and managed to keep my grades up while living in the amazing city of DC. I am looking for a family who needs a summer babysitter for their children. Every year since I was in 7th grade I have had a family that I have regularly helped throughout the summer, I started as a mothers helper and worked my way into the role of a babysitter/nanny. These various families that I regularly help in the pastno longer need me, as their kids have grown up, and the dozens of other families that I randomly babysit for are not in need of a regular sitter durnig the summer, so I was given several recommendations to sign up for sittercity. I love kids and Read more enjoy providing them with crafts and various activities so that we are not inside all day watching TV. I am able to drive to various activities as well, as another avenue for fun in the summer. I have worked with kids in diapers to kids in high school that are just not able to drive, and have experience with babysitting many kids at a time. I am the oldest of four so know very well how to handle many kids and personalities. I am also extremely comfortable with pets, and have a lot of experience with caring for them as well. All of the families I have babysat for have called me back, and have helped me to find even more families to help through their word of mouth. I am confident that any family I have helped would be more than happy to give a recommendation on my behalf. I am also more than willing to come by and meet with your family, because I know how important trusting someone to watch your kids is!
